No, the communication around it let people be confused, and more importantly, it should have had at least twice as much memory and a performance level close to that of the XB1 (considering it was released before, this is a reasonable expectation).
Then people would have upgraded in drove from their ps360 AND it would have been able to hold a candle to the PS4.
