Devs will often sacrifice compression for performance, and I doubt they will work more than necessary on optimizing that ratio when they reach the "can get away with it" limit of whether or not it fits on the BD 2-layer limits, and nowadays people hardly care about hard drive space and these games install in the background as you play anyway (especially not on a "remaster"). Take, for example, MGS4 which had uncompressed 7.1 audio giving its massive size for a PS3 game.
