^This is indeed an aerial photo. Not being expert on the sattelitel imagnery, smth up to 20cm I guess is possible after multiple passes and image enhance filtering, i.e. stationary objects only.
At the same time in the briefing it was clearly stated that "according to our data US sattelite was passing over South-East region of Ukraine from 5:06PM to 5:21PM Msk on July 17th". Reminder: MH17 hit the ground at 5:20PM Msk.
