Other aspect of note is how Sony's European dominance grows, am curious if all those PSP buyers will ever move onto Vita.

I doubt they will, they probbally are thinking about the 3ds / no more. 

I love my 3DS too, but have been playing a lot of Vita lately, to me the system are actually very close in terms of how much I have enjoyed them.  Sales are completely lopsided so gues I am in minority.
