Cloud Flower - Awesome power up that allows you to go almost anywhere.
Metal Blades - No other Robot Master power in the history of Mega Man was as good as the Metal Blades. Weak point for Bubble Man, Flash Man and Metal Man, they were really useful against normal enemies too and you had a seemingly infinite amount of them.
Feather - Giving Mario the truly OP flying cape which allowed you to fly over entire stages easily.
