Will SSB outsell MK8? Will Amiibos work?

I'm thinking MK8 will sell more, mainly because by the time SB comes out it'll have sold like 3-4 million, maybe more, and SB will have a lot of catching up to do. That said, I think both could very well pass 10m lifetime, easily.
