Im just saying, it doesnt make any sense. If mario kart, wii fit, mario 3d, etc. havent pushed it to selling at those levels, I just dont see it. Maybe you think it will have a massive price drop? Maybe if it dropped 100 it could have some good sustained sells, but i doubt nintendo would do that. Maybe a 50 price drop. I dont think the wii u will get any kind of sustaind momentum going because they just dont have the support. It will have bursts here and there, but thats it. Without third party support, the wii u cant sustain a good enough flow of games to keep any kind of sales momentum going. |
This is my prediction.
The people have understood that Wii and Wii U arent't the itself console. This after one big marketing of MK8, and E3.
The 66,000 of Wii U this week isn't only MK8 effect, but the people starting to understood that Wii U is one new console.
Some casual of Wii will pass on Wii U (not much, but some yes).
The third party support?
Ubisoft want that Wii U starting to sell good, and infact look!
After this sales, Ubisoft will back on Wii U, and i don't think that will make ALL game on Wii U, but annual AC-WD, and other game yeah.
Activision is always was the big partner for Nintendo.
And even EA will back on Wii U, no, not will all game, but the annual FIFA and more games yes.
The software house Japanese even, will be interessing of Wii U, and one software house like CapCome will make you'r bigger series on Wii U.
The Software house that don't will make games for Wii U will be RockStar and Square Enix, but one support third party Wii U will have.
Wii U don't will have much multiplatform game like GameCube, but much more of Wii yeah.
And yeah, i think in one price drop of 50$.
This is that i think.
