It depends on what games you like but I guess because you play Nintendo stuff. The PS3 would be better for you because it has many single player games and a greater variety of games in general. Exclusives like Uncharted, Killzone, Littlebigplanet, Infamous and many more amongst the vast ocean of 3rd party titles.
Xbox 360 is also very good especially for mulitplayer games and got many of the games PS3 got but for me the PS3 is just that bit better for it's exclusives. Also, bare in mind PSN on PS3 is free to use while Xbox Live isn't.
