No, $200 is considered the start of the high end. $75 is entry level. It goes:
$0-$60 = Common user.
$60-$100 = Entry
$100 - $200 = Mid Range
$200 - $300 = High End
$300 - $600 = Enthusiast
$600+ = Insane!
