This is because you're using most of your bandwidth for other things. It may look like it's loading , but it's not. I always get this , and it forces me to close anything else I'm doing. I recommend doing things one at a time, or getting faster internet. This is only a guess though. It could also be multiple videos loading taking up all of your vram, and not allowing you to load the video into the ram.
