DPR's PM new briefing:
I don't have time to translate it all. Long story short:
- ICAO experts are still not on the site, we're puzzled and suggesting it might be Kiev's fault; - instead we've contacted 12 Malaysian experts, hopefully they'll arrive soon; - Ukrainian experts already working on the site; - we've found what we believe are "black boxes" (we don't have experts on the matter so cannot verify that), they are in Donetsk right now, waiting for experts*; - working with witnesses right now -- they suggest Boeing was downed by airplane -- but we do not consider this reliable source of information.
etc.
* previous info that 8 out of 12 "black boxes" have been found and sent to Moscow was debunked earlier.
Wasn't able to verify info on ICAO experts from another source, ICAO site was absolutely useless. It seems they (Boroday claims 81 experts are exepcted) didn't share anything if they arrive and when. But there was info from Kiev that they'll invite them, yet they are still not on the site.

Why hasn't Russia sent their own experts if the others haven't arrived? Also where is Malaysia's team? It was their plane so they should care the most about this.

Well, if Russian experts will be working there, western media will say that they faking the proofs. So Russian experts should come together with somebosy from the West or Malaysia.
Also, I think there are much better proofs. All missile launches there can be easily controlled with a radiolocation and sattelites. So I'm 99% sure that both Russia and USA actually have all the necessary proofs. So now they trying to find a delicate exit out of this problem.
My opinion is that plane was shot down, but not from the ground. It was shot down by Ukraine military jet, by some stupid mistake. Its easy to see on the photos of parts of fallen plane, cause the damage to plane will be very different from Buk and from plane missile.
