From browsing gaming forums during the past few months, aside from hardcore fanboys (sony or MS) I see plenty of gamers that own more than one console.
So are you suggesting people that want JRPG to wait until 2009 when FF13 comes out? By then PS3 should be sub-$250 and as a blu-ray player I think it is a great incentive for anyone to pick it up even if they already own a 360.
May be I just have too much disposable income *shrug*
