No, its 127k employees as of March 2014. So now its gonna be 109k. 

This and in the end its a 10% uprising not 20% downsizing (If we compare ms pre and post Nokia purchase)

It is expected when you buy a big company to have more employees not less -..-

yes and it is exatly what is happening. they will end up with 14k more employees. but you know company like that are not bought because of there employees  but primarly for their patents, assets and existing consumer base.
