89 thousand... so they are going to be like 71k strong... that is like 20% downsizing... it is massive.

No, its 127k employees as of March 2014. So now its gonna be 109k. 

This and in the end its a 10% uprising not 20% downsizing (If we compare ms pre and post Nokia purchase)
