And when Sony layoff is always bad for somepeople and out of despair to try not to go bankrupt... When MS does will be seem as to increase profit margins, not as greedy move or sign of trouble in EUMEA (since as they said "we stay commited with the region, and it is a very important market to us").

The situation at MS have nothing in common with the situation Sony is facing.
You know even with the 18 000 jobs cut, MS will still end up with something like 14 000 new employees.
