PS4 & XBOne - Free online play.
Wii U - more 3rd party support, Achievements, a few more flops and another gig or two of RAM. Also, a slightly less bulky Gamepad. And you should be able to turn off the screen if you want when it's just showing a repeat of what's on the TV.
I'd probably have more about other two, but I don't own them so I can't pick at them.
