I think people are missing the point of my post, I'm not talking about exclusives at all. I'm talking about games people can't get on PS360. There were at this point already many games that were 3rd party multi plat people couldn't get on the OG Xbox and PS2. My post is regarding games people HAVE to go out and buy a new console to play, not exclusive titles. |
Ahh ok, my apologies. I think that's a different issue though, because these 3rd party titles are being pushed to all platforms to maximize revenue, correct? And that's nothing Sony (Or Microsoft or Nintendo) can control, correct? Even Destiny is cross-gen, hell, even Titanfall is cross-gen. So, in that sense, I think this will be a general complaint moving forward, for all gens to come. 3rd parties are going to try to maximize profit whenever possible. And unless people make a concerted effort to only purchase on newer gen, it won't go away anytime soon (if ever).
