just so you know, The USA has a higher alcohol consumption rate per capita than Russia, Countries such as German, Belgium, Iceland and even isreal, they have higher Rape rates, France and UK are actually more drug addicted countries than Russia, if you exclude Alcohol from Drugs, then Canada,USA and France have much higher drug use. For Skinheads (if I understand correct what that is) would be UK, France and Germany. But Russia does have it on homicides and aids... at least with in the developed countries.
