No, that's an ipossibilty given how the SW is lined up on the charts.  Nope, seems more like MS went pathetic and put the Xbox family against the PS4.  Bravo, MS, bravo.

It could be X1+X360>PS4+PS3, but to think it could be tops all is laughable... When that happened Sony were straight "PS4+PSV tops all combined"

Well, that's definitely a possibility.  But, yea, there's no way it includes any other console.  They would have said "all combined."
