If Watchdogs sold more on PS4 and MK8 is the best single plat seller and all the others are multiplats with X1+X360 probably not having more than 70% on none of them I would say it is impossible... and they would be more clear like "Xbox family (or X1+X360) selling more than all others combined"... the way they worded seems more like X1+X360 SW > PS4 SW.

there are 100 games out (mainly on last gen only) u can buy every month. ists not just the top10
for how much overall sales count the top 10?
they only need 51% xbox software. that leaves 30% for ps4 10% ps3 and 9% wiiu
this is uk for reference:
xbox one + 360 > ps4 + ps3 (not plus wii/u)
and we know the gap between 360 and ps3 is much small in the uk
not sure if that ms statement doent make any sens otherwise...
