Oh, I didn't meant it as a critic. I love VGC numbers because it gives us a pretty decent preview of the actual data that usually comes only monthly. These numbers are estimates, so they don't have to be spot on, just decently close. A lot of websites sometimes bash VGC because a number is 10% while this is actually a pretty reasonable estimate. And it's pretty convenient to have a place that gather all sales numbers in one place.
What I criticize is people's attitude about braging about a number that is presented as an estimate and after some adjustment bash a data source that was always clear about it's status as an estimate.
