We have no confirmation that the supporting settings will be the same.

I can take BF4 and run it on my PC at 1080P with medium settings and zero AA, and then change it to 900P with Ultra + MSAA, and the 900P settings will actually look quite a LOT better.

If the game releases and it's truly identical, then you can say that Destiny works perfectly with the XB1 hardware.

On the other hand, if it releases, and notable cutbacks are evident that were necessary to achieve 1080P, then no, that's not fine. That's nerfing the quality of the game to achieve resolution parity.
