Best I can put it, when they are hunched over they are saying "This is how the Guachos walk", and when the stand up they say "This is how the Germans walk".
Gaucho is a term for South Americans, in this case likely referring to Argentina as they lost to Germany in the final. Some people might read this as these players rubbing salt in the wound basically saying, "You suck, we rule, ha ha ha!"
