thats because one of the basic requirments to become a US citizen is you need to be able to read, write, and speak english.  these people coming off that bus do not speak english in the slightest and would not pass one of the most early test to becoje a citizen therefore we can deduct that they are not here legally 

Well, there are exemptions to the English proficiency requirement to become a US Citizen, however, you're forgetting legal migration, which has no such proficiency requirement at all.  And yes, legal migrants can get EBT cards.  Here's the problem with the claim, I live in small town no-where's-ville, Vermont, and I know that a farm not 20 miles from me, brings in a very specific group of migrants to plant and harvest a very specific type of vegetable not indigenous to Vermont.  They do it every year, and I know most of them speak little to no English.

Just because one person doesn't speak much English, means exactly jack squat with regards to what conclusions about legal migration you can draw.
