As I wrote there, I have no opinion on VR other than my own life-style. I don't care what other people do, as I wrote there, I prefer to have personal experiences.

It is not about being social per se. It is the fact that I would rather pay $5000 to go to Tahiti than pay $20 for a VR Tahiti simulation. That's why I know my realities, and I will never get to travel around the globe, but VR simulation will not satisfy my need anyway.

I try not to judge other people's choices. I can just make my own, and learn to live with the choices others make. In this matter, my choice has been made.

I misunderstood then. It's really just about your opinion. The problem was that it was written in a tone as to devalue other people's life choices or preferences.

Thanks for clarifying, no hard feelings.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
