Love Gattaca. There's a not so great movie dealing with this in a rather cynical way, In Time. Everyone stops aging at 25 but you have to earn time to live longer, if you run out you die instantly. Basically the rich and powerful end up hording all the time.
Biological immortality would be great, if that includes the mind. So many places to go, so many things to see. When my kids are grown up, I'll be past 55 already, life is short. And if you get bored of one place, you can always move somewhere else. It's not like you have to plan for your retirement anymore.
