Whaat erks me is his logic works in reverse. Before the Wii, all dfevelopers focused on were big budget titles. Now you complain becuase they focus on another group. Who cares. DFevelopers always did this. Your just pissed they are doing this for another group. During the SNES/Genesis era everyone tried to make mascots. A lot of characters existed to make a platform game.
To be honest, the man knows nothing of what he speaks of. He's on the level of idiot forum poster(expecially how he comes to the conclusions. Intead of looking at sales trends, he sees one old person buy a Wii. OH NOEZ11). I mean, he's a sports blogger for pete sake. That and from looking at "Gearheads of War"(which I see as a hype machine) he's biased to this game. He compaired to to Starwars. That alone losed a good 50% credability(makes you look like a fanboy).
Man gets to much atention and knows nothing of the industry. The Wii is doing well. But, hey people still buy the 360 and it's sold more then the Wii. but, yeah, whatever.
