This is getting rather annoying shutting people down so many times within a single day.
I'll provide links for each of my points:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) The game is over a decade old. :

2) The original game was in SD with a 4:3 format. The new game was upgraded to 1080p with a 16:9 format.

3 The character models were completely redone (and not enhanced like TLoU's models):

6) The music was completely redone by a live orchestra (and not synthesized music from the last game).
(This isn't exactly correct, and you were right about this. The music is remastered, but it wasn't redone and most of it is still synthesized)
7) New console exclusive features were added to the game such as off-screen play, Gamepad inventory system, mii-verse integration, tilt controls for aiming and etc.

10) Pacing in the game had been corrected and made more streamlined.
