Visually most impressive is probably Killzone Merc then UC.

Gravity Rush
Petty good are also Soul Sacrifice, Uncharted, NFS MW (is pretty impressive what they managed on the vita), Whipeout 2048, Playstation Allsatrs (though i don't know how online is nowadays).
