Oh so you have actual proof that this is true, maybe you should just go all the way to the UK and take part in that court case, I'm sure you will be very helpful to those poor people working at Phillips that were wronged by evil Nintendo.

Court gave its verdict. No matter how you say in reality Nintendo stole the idea of motion control. And they have to pay Philips for stealing their patent.
