PlayStation created the Industry, Xbox changed the playing field

Please read the thread properly. I already mentioned nintendo rescued the industry. And I also disagreed with OP. But this doesnt change the fast tact since 1995 playstation has lead the gaming industry most of the times. Especially playstaion brand with Xbox brand helped third party developers. And third party developers are main backbone of this industry. And third party games are tough sell in nintendo platsorms.

How is that disagreeing? And sure, Playstation lead the console after 1995 (since we love ignoring handhelds so much which is where playstation suffers, specially this generation) but if u are going to give a lesson on history, then mention Nintendo, and by you, I mean the OP cause thats what we are arguing about right? That is also what I meant on my previous comment where I said "I like that better actually, but not showing them even a bit of respect is pretty low" so if you thought I ment you specifically, sorry about that but it was meant for the OP. Gaming industry was created before 1995 and credit should be given where its due... I respect that Playstation did many things but others should respect that Nintendo did many things as well but so far, it seems to be a one way street
