I could only remember three so skipped through the video and yeah, actually only three that I've played and aren't very good.  So not more than half :P.  Just under half.  Although Sine More being a shmup didn't interest me in the least, and Lunar Knights never looked good to me.  FotNS Ken's Rage, Castlevania Judgment, and Mega Man X Command Mission are pretty meh. 

As for FotNS Ken's Rage, I can atleast say something good about it though.  I dislike the Dynasty Warriors games because of their layout and gameplay.  FotNS is level based with Dynasty Warriors beat em up style, and the gameplay is a bit more than just mashing this many hits then triangle.  It is, but if you hit square at a certain poinot of the triangle attack, you can do a frame attack which will introduce more hits.  So they did atleast try to make it better than the rest.  Basically, it's got potential, but doesn't make it a good game.  A bad game with potential is still a bad game.
