All those parts should be perfect for your build. I didn't know if you needed a case or PSU, so I included both just in case. Also, since it sounds like you're new to PC building, I included a modular PSU which is much easier to install overall.

I also added in a cheap SSD that you should boot Windows 8 on, SSDs are amazing in how much snappier they make your computer. Money well spent. Just install games, videos, and music on your HDD while keeping applications on your SSD.

You have an extra $35 to buy yourself a nice mouse or keyboard, so knock yourself out

Edit: By the way, with all these parts you'll have a beastly PC. A 280x will carry you over the next three years, if not more. The parts you already have now are pretty awesome, so it made my job of picking the rest of the parts easier in the end

EDIT 2.0: Switched out the case for one with more compatibility w/ your parts. It's a bit more expensive, but you're still golden @ $23 under budget.
