Too soon to tell.
In 2007 at this point, the Wii was already at 9.3m getting 250k weekly on average for all summer. The reason was that the Wii appealed to Nintendo fan, Casual gamer, and even non gamer crowd. While this gen all 3 console have failed (to date) to appeal to anything other than hardcore gamer.
If they don't succeed to appeal to casual gamer and non gamer crowd latter on than I don't see any console getting north of 100m even 80m might be hard.
