1) ps4 got less than 50% this week. thats what this thread is about, marketshare for ps4. because in order to "dominate" i would think the bare requirements is at least 50% marketshare.

2) im including the wii obviously.. because the wii.. well, it was part of the 7th generation. nothing will be closer than the sales of ps3 and 360 in a single generation. thats unheard of.

3) when i say microsoft did everything right, im comparing what people said about their e3 2013 and comparing it to their e3 2014. do you remember how much crap MS got for tv apps, kinect, movies, and lack of games? well, their e3 2014 was the DIRECT opposite. sony slanted press can say whatever they want, nonbiased press would give props to microsoft for listening and adjusting. everybody who was down on microsoft for their e3 2013 should be giving them props while giving sony a lesser confernce since theirs was closest to emulating microsofts e3 2013. but of course, its ok when sony does it, right? (i know im going to get a ton of crap for all that)

4) gran turismo's sales have been declining more and more. but yes, that is one beast they do have locked away in a cage.

1) We've all seen that this site is not even close to accurate when tracking the 8th gen.  They list the XBone as having more sales in the US this week than the PS4.  When NPD releases, we will see that is just not the case.  Guaranteed that the PS4 was higher than 50% market share this week.

2) Last gen was 38-31-31 (Wii-PS3-360), no way this gen is that close.

3) E3 performance is highly subjective.  There was no consensus "winner" this year.  E3 this year will have zero impact on sales.
