While they may have put out the ad, I'm pretty sure they are going to wait a year or two to see how this gen plays out before committing to next gen.  Especially, if they struggle to overtake the Wii U this year and next.  Plus, they may start getting a huge rumble from investors about spinning off/selling the Xbox division, instead of the smaller ones they have in the past.
