What will be the most Critically Acclaimed Game in October?

I hope Evil Within or Assassins's Creed Unity. Very excited for both.  I am not a huge AC series fan but I absolutely loved 4.  Bayonetta being a Nin exclusive is gauranteed to get good scores.
