If TLOU was just a side game with a release schedule of multiple new games, it would be fine. As it is, they are using a year-old title as their flagship title for the summer, which is a slap in the face for people who bought a PS4 for original content. Sure, 50% of people never owned a PS3, but what about the other 50% that already had one and want new games? That's the problem here.
