The original sold 2m LT across 2 platforms, so i'd say the chances of B2 selling 1.5m+ by the end of the year on the WiiU are slim :p Not without a crazy huge marketing push from Nintendo (which won't happen).
OT: Probably B2. The original was well received by the hack and slash fanbase and the sequel seems to be a sizable improvement. Smash could also potentially, but i feel like it's the WiiU version that will end up at 90+, not the 3DS version.
