Hah I worked for ms too. Some good people but they don't last long. The pay sucks compared to Apple and Google, and the whole corporate structure is based upon cutting the throats of your coworkers. Mini fiefdoms and rivalries crop up that are astonishingly brutal. I saw people frame others, just rampant sabotage and caustic self destruction.
