That's a convenient argument, so two years is the perfect timing for "remasters"?
What about games like Forza Horizon 2 that are developped for both the 360 and the xb1 at the same time, does that get a pass because it's naturally cross gen?
I honestly think the only difference is that some people want one and others want the other... while the rest would get both if they could... like any game, just ignore it if you don't like it, there is nothing foundational in a specific title, like platform policies or performance, it should not warrant that much debate, porting games to new system is a good way to add to the library and it let people who liked the old versions play them in improved form! ... and for the 50% of PS4 owners who never had a PS3, well this is their first chance to play it!
I wonder how many XB1 owners never had a 360? Then, if I had one and was a Halo fan, I would be pretty happy to finally be able to play these games with proper resolution/frame rate (Halo was originally a computer game, xbox only had a port of it in the first place).
