Ken Levine was planning BioShock Vita as a Final Fantasy Tactics-styled game
BioShock Infinite director Ken Levine published a few tweets earlier tonight about the BioShock game for PlayStation Vita – announced way back in 2011 but never seen.
Levine revealed that he planned the title as “a Final Fantasy Tactics style thing set in pre-fall Rapture.” BioShock Vita sadly seems to be in limbo as Sony and 2K “couldn’t put a deal together” when Levine last checked in on the situation.
Levine also responded to a fan suggestion about bringing a Game of the Year Edition release of BioShock Infinite to the PS Vita. This is something that he’s hoping for, but it’s ultimately not his decision.
