I expect the Dutch to win this WC. They have done so well in WCs with no trophies to show for it.  Should beat Argentina whose game plan seems to consist of pass to Messi and pray. Dutch have a complete team and even a plan for winning PK shootouts.

Germany need no plan for winning PK, look at the history by WC.
