The way I see it: Base game is the same for everyone, so no complaints there.
DLC is a ripoff anyway most of the time, and is also completely optional, so basically the only complaint from XBox users is that they get ripped off a fraction more than PS users, a couple of maps and a marginally interesting game mode nobody will even notice it's missing.
