like I said earlier in the thread, I think it is more of the fact that they are taking their money when they get the dlc, but making them wait to play all of the content.  It is kind of a dick strategy.  If they are going to have timed dlc, I think it would be better if they made them wait for all of it rather then taking their money and making them wait for the content.  It does suck for those xbox gamers that pay the same price as playstation gamers for the dlc, but don't get everything that they paid for for like a year or so...

You mean like when PlayStation gamers pay for DLC season passes and have to wait for months on end to play when they paid at the same time as Xbox gamers?

well, if by months on end you mean month, then kind of yes.  That is the issue with paying for a season pass.  This approach has the actual dlc come out (with the extra content, but locked for xbox gamers) at the same time, for the same price.  Then after a year, the content unlocks and the xbox gamer can play the content that he paid for a year ago...

COD isn't the only game that Xbox has where content was missing for months. Not just one month.

I'm not trying to rag on Xbox at all. I'm just not sympathizing with the hate Destiny is getting from the Xbox crowd when Microsoft moneyhats games all the time.  Sony banked on a big game and it's paying off...now the masses are in an uproar. Maybe it's like what another poster said. He said maybe it's because it's Bungie, I don't know.

Can you please tell me in your own words why this is happening, or why this is wrong for Activision to do? I mean I really want to know.
