Will the Elder Scrolls VI manage to look better than Skyrim with mods?

It's not so much as they are "ugly" as much as it is that they are unpolished. The textures for them are atrocious, as are the customization levels. If you look up a mod called Vilja in Skyrim, you'll see an example of what Bethesda should have done with their characters. She looks like she came from a harsh place, but at the same time she isn't nearly as bland as the vanilla characters.

That's a problem I often see with the modding scene for these kind of games. They make characters who have perfect skin, are beautiful or at least don't look like they have to work 18 hours a day on a field with nothing as a half broken rake made of wood or someone who is traveling around the country, sleeps under a tree or in a cave and kills monsters and bandits all the time.

Most are made to attract the potential downloaders of the mods which is pretty stupid to be honest. Most characters in such a game should disgust us for nowadays standards with dirty skin, missing teeth, scars and sometimes a missing finger or stuff like that  

Sure, some people could look great but most should look like their life is as hard as you can only imagine. The woman on the picture doesn't look to me as if she ever had to do anything with her soft hands except for polishing her armour.

There are tons of cities in Skyrim, and not everyone has a job that gets their hands dirty. There are mages, merchants, nobles, advisors, etc. who have no business being as dirty as that picture. A seasoned blacksmith or soldier, sure (Vilja is neither). Harsh environment =/= dirty hands.

A mid-end card could run almost all of those mods, so I dunno what you're talking about. If you take a Radeon 7950, not even a 7970, it could run all of those. A Nvidea 760 could run almost all of those.

ENB? I don't think so. I can run most of those as well but ENB is something else, you need higher end cards for that.

What card do you have? A current-gen mid-end card should be able to run ENB on medium for the most part. 

And even then, I did say most, not all (except for the 7950, I said all for that and I'll stand by that). Graphic mods like landscape, lighting, textures, models, meshes, etc. can be run by tons of cards.
