It is related. The topic is about how the game isn't worth it because of the price, and the fact it was released nto long ago. Many people are complaining about those aspects despite being forgiving about rereleases and prices from other companies. It is on topic. Those will condemn the move made by Sony, but would aplaud and praise the move if it was made by Nintendo or Microsoft.

I think it's an awesome move. I will most likely get the collection when I finally get the XBO. And I praised Nintendo for re-releasing WW: I got the special edition WW bundle.
