I'm honestly not sure. Keep in mind that that's 100 mods and even the strongest PCs can only run them at around 30fps. Now, I'm sure a dev would be able to make the gamer look like that while using less power, but, I don't know if it will look that good. At least I'm seriously doubting that the console versions will.
