Will the Elder Scrolls VI manage to look better than Skyrim with mods?

Thats why PC games has a thing called the options menu where you can change the graphics level to low, medium, high or advanced to match the needs of your pc...

No. They wouldn't even be able to scale down far enough if they put the graphical fidelity that high up. They would essentially have to make a separate game. Not to mention the amount of time and money that would be needed to get it to the level of having the game run all or even most of the graphical mods that dozens upon dozens of individuals and teams created over the years. You're no looking at the entire picture here.

Its not as bad as u think unless the pcs u are thinking of are like pentium 2s or something... The PCs that have a Nvidia 425M (which is a super entry level laptop video card) can even run games like BF4 on low-medium settings no problem (at 720p that is)
