It's alright if you don't like PCs. Let's not pretend that there isn't a HUGE high-end PC market though.

I was one of those 1 million plus, that doesn't mean my computer with it's Saphire Radeon HD 7770 can run it. I could actually reach the recommended specs (which still wouldn't be enough to max everything mind you) if my case could fit my brother's old 660 Ti.

Well, to be blunt, that's your own fault. There's no way a 7770 would be able to run pretty much any high-scale ENB, period. It's common knowledge, reccomended specs be damned. Most people who download and endorse it know what they are doing.

Also, the sales of high-end cards have never been higher. People are much more likely to go buy a high-end card instead of a low-end card, compared to the beginning of last-gen where PC gaming was almost non-existent.
